Stored Energy
What is the "story" of your life? What experiences, moments, thoughts, and "pain" do you have within? How have those "feelings" or thoughts affected you in your life time?
Our "story" is what created the experience we feel on a daily basis. The energy of our story can create a sense of wellness or a sense of imbalance.
